Solitude, depression and anxiety have reached their heights in all demographic categories due to the uncertainty and disturbances linked to living isolation.
People who have had to live in their own bubble, for months now, must learn again how to listen to each other, invent new ways of being together. This means an approach to well-being that includes attentiveness, tolerance and respect for diversity.
La solitude, la dépression et l’anxiété atteignent des sommets dans toutes les catégories démographiques en raison des incertitudes et des perturbations liées à la vie en vase clos.
Chacun dans sa bulle, depuis des mois, doit réapprendre à s’écouter et à inventer de nouvelles manières d’être ensemble. Une approche du bien-être qui passe par l’écoute, la tolérance et le respect de la différence.
Yoga in Tulum, a gym in Dubai, snorkeling in Thailand, etc. Insta pics are growing in number furiously, making us dream. Let’s face it, today, around me it’s not a question of palm trees and white sands. Never mind! Full of energy and a positive attitude despite it all, the neighbourhood pool will be my turquoise waters. The municipal park will be my paradise island, and I’ll take long strides to move around it until I’m convinced I’m truly there. My good vibes will transform my surroundings. This dream will slowly disappear, as I open my eyes, see the summery blue skies and feel the warmth of the sun on my skin, reminding me that I’m truly fine right here, too!
Du yoga à Tulum, un club de gym à Dubaï, du snorkeling en Thailande… Des images insta qui se multiplient et qui font rêver. Mais bon aujourd’hui autour de moi c’est pas vraiment palmier et sable blanc. Qu’à cela ne tienne, gonflé d’énergie et un positivisme à toute épreuve, la piscine du coin sera mon eau turquoise à moi. Le parc municipal sera mon île paradisiaque, et j’en ferai le tour à grandes enjambées jusqu’à être persuadée d’y être. Mes good vibes transforment mon environnement. Et, si le rêve se dissipe, en levant les yeux, le ciel bleu estival et la chaleur du soleil sur ma peau me rappelleront que je suis bien ici aussi 🙂

How about a paradise beach in the Bahamas: with sky blue (K18A), turquoise water (D19B) and white sands (A28B) or a local swimming pool: sky blue (K18A), pool blue (D19B), end-of-summer lawn yellow touched up on Insta (A28B)? Stuck right here, I’m dreaming of holidays and forcing myself to laugh. So, I’m out for a walk, with sports equipment in summer pastels – melon orange, bubble gum pink and dreamer blue – to fill up with energy. In uninhibited performance mode, I pimp my reality. Outdoor brights are here, to go with such good vibes, and a change of scenery. They go with eternal shades: dark green, bordeaux and cold grey. This is how dreams of faraway lands become connected… to reality.
Plage paradisiaque aux bahamas : ciel bleu (K18A), eau turquoise (D19B) et sable blanc (A28B) ou piscine découverte municipale : ciel bleu (K18A), bleu piscine (D19B) jaune gazon de fin d’été retouché sur insta (A28B)? Coincé.e ici, je rêve de vacances et je ris jaune. Alors je sors faire un tour, et mon équipement sportif se colore de pastels summer -orange melon, rose bubble gum et bleu rêveur- pour me gonfler d’énergie. En mode performance décomplexée, je pimp ma réalité. Les vifs outdoor sont là pour accompagner toutes ces goods vibes et me dépayser. Ils s’associent aux intemporels : le vert sombre, le bordeaux et le gris froid. C’est ainsi que le rêve d’ailleurs reste connecté…à la réalité.

My environment is a tremendous playing field, one that brings energy and a positive attitude! I’m bringing my terry towel, the one that is just so free-flowing and dries in an instant! Then on goes my loveliest bathing suit. Its neoprene shines in the sun, with a technical assembly that highlights my figure. I also bring a fine transparent veil so cool to the touch, to refresh myself in case the heat hits hard after my intensive laps. But for an after-session moment at the club, I slip a set of bowls, a quiver and flamingo life belt into my transparent PVC bag. After such an effort, it’s time to relax! Meet you at the pool!

Mon environnement est un formidable terrain de jeux qui m’apporte énergie et positivisme ! Avec moi j’emporte ma serviette éponge, celle qui est fluide et sèche à toute vitesse ! J’enfile mon plus beau maillot. Son néoprène brille au soleil, il a un assemblage technique qui met ma silhouette en valeur. J’emporte aussi un voile fin transparent dont le touché et frais qui me permettra de me rafraîchir en cas de coup de chaud après mes longueurs intensives. Mais pour l’après séance avec le club, j’ai glissé dans mon sac en PVC transparent : jeu de pétanque, porte fléchette et bouée flamingo. Après l’effort, place à la détente ! See you à la pistoche !
