NO MORE NO LESS
Performance in sports relies on constant work in different areas. This involves physical, mental, technical and material qualities as well as relations with one’s surroundings. Let’s not forget that sport must remain a source of joy, even when effort is required. Here, we find little tips so that everyone can perform at his or her own pace, ever so humbly. This entails working hard without having to sacrifice pleasure. We can thus see our bodies evolve, with the cyclist endeavoring to gain weight, marathon runners maintaining their effort for hours, sumos developing muscles, bodybuilders reducing their fat levels to first and foremost build their muscular strength. Whatever our sport, level or age, it’s all about pushing one’s limits; that is our watchword!
La performance sportive repose sur un travail assidu sur différents facteurs: les qualités physiques, mentales, techniques, matérielles et sur les relations avec l’entourage. N’oublions pas que le sport doit rester une joie même dans l’effort. Ici nous allons trouver des astuces pour performer chacun à son rythme et en toute humilité. Travailler dur sans avoir à sacrifier le plaisir. Nous verrons ainsi évoluer nos corps, le cycliste chercher à gagner du poids, les coureurs de marathon tenir l’effort pendant des heures, le sumo gagner en masse, le culturiste réduire son taux de graisse pour mettre en avant sa musculature. In NO MORE NO LESS we are in the world of Performance, based on the CHALLENGER Mate, Decathlon’s personality which is aimed at those who always want more, but we are going to explore a multi-faceted performance thanks to 3 mates.
The first is the WARRIOR Mate who wants to progress, who expects for knowledge transmission and who is listening to become the best.
The second one takes us to the crossroads of PERFORMANCE and SPORT LIFESTYLE with the FIT Mate because there is no real difference between his daily life and his sport practice.
Finally, we end with the COACH Mate, in its social, responsible, collective approach of PERFORMANCE with a real search for sobriety and efficiency.

COLOR MOOD
ELEMENTARY COLORS
No more no less pushes back the frontiers in terms of performance with humility, simplicity and balance. The elementary resources of our planet play a role in the recipe concocted for this color range. Water, this vital, shape-shifting resource, inspires us here in its different states. We can find iced and frosty blues, one turquoise, another one a bit purplish. Blues that are liquid, from great depths, one with dark turquoise, the other greyish. A last blue is ever so lively, powerful and luminous, in the image of bioluminescent plankton. Earth, stone and metal are also highlighted. Material-like colors we can imagine as raw or a bit transformed with a brass beige, a clay brown, a somber ore purple and a mauve quartz.
Timeless, high-performance colors are used as a base: an anti-tuning recycled black, a non-dyed white, a mineral grey. They stand for stability, durability and high standards.

On trouve des bleus glacés, givrés, l’un turquoise, l’autre violacé. Des bleus liquide, des profondeurs, avec un turquoise foncé, et un bleu grisé. Un dernier bleu, vif, puissant, lumineux, à l’image du plancton bioluminescent. La terre, la pierre, le métal sont aussi à l’honneur. Des couleurs-matière qu’on imagine brut ou peu transformé avec un beige laiton, un marron glaise, un violet sombre minerai et un quartz mauve .
Les couleurs intemporelles de la performance sont utilisées en socle : un noir recyclé anti-tunning, un blanc non teint, un gris minéral. Ils inspirent la stabilité, la durabilité et l’exigence.

In No More No Less, components are sober, calm and elegant. To enhance and emphasize the body in movement, components are forgotten during sport practices, thanks in part to their discreet, delicate aesthetic. In this theme, the emphasis is on pared down, smooth components with good technical performance. We will focus on the first and second layers for practicing indoor sports or for intense outdoor sports.
Dans No More No Less, les composants sont sobres, calmes et élégants. Pour sublimer et souligner les corps en mouvement, les composants se font oublier pendant la pratique mais aussi par leurs esthétiques discrètes/délicates. Dans cette thématique, priorité sur des composants épurés, lisses, avec de bonnes performances techniques. Nous nous focaliserons sur les premières et secondes couches pour une pratique sportive indoor et outdoor intense
GANAP MM RPA, FRESH & COOL
This first ultralight layer is naturally wooly to the touch and odour-proof. Its fine and discreet stripes, of different densities, help to make a play on transparency and to reinforce the union between natural and high-performance features..
PEDRA MM RPA, FRESH & COOL
This ultra fine and ultra stretch Jacquard knit can be worn directly against the skin. Its motif forms a pronounced raised effect at its surface, hence evoking ripple marks left on the sand after the tide. Added to this is a soft, matte finish for a fabric that is stretch and comfortable, whatever your movement.
GEOMETRICALLY TRANSPARENT, BAGS
Through its raised ripstop structure and synthetic touch, this mesh provides the technical aspect sought for an aesthetic, high-performance result. This component, in semi-shiny transparency, is ideal for making a true play on lightness with the ripstop adding a sensation of resistance.
